Shipping policy

We package and ship all orders with care to ensure that your order arrives safely. For in-stock items, please allow 2-3 business days for handling, though many orders will be shipped within 1 business day. Preorder items will be shipped on the release date of the product or the following business day.

Orders Containing Preorder Items

All orders containing preorder items will not ship until ALL products are available. To avoid delays, please make separate orders for purchases that include (1) both in-stock and preorder items, or (2) preorder items that release on different dates.

Shipping Options

We offer a variety of shipping options including UPS and USPS. Based upon your location and the size, shape, and weight of your order, you will have various shipping options at checkout. The rates displayed do not include customs clearance Brokerage charges, duties, or taxes. Please be aware of customs charges that may apply to international orders.

Delivery Estimates

When you proceed through checkout, estimated shipping charges and delivery estimates will be provided for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Delivery estimates do not include handling time.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all qualifying orders over $200. Only orders shipping to the 48 contiguous United States qualify for this free shipping offer. Qualifying orders will be shipped by our choice of carrier. Shipping carriers used include USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx.
