Pre-Order Cancellation

All Weiss Schwarz pre-orders may only be cancelled prior to the close of the pre-order window. The pre-order window will be listed explicitly in each product description and is typically 30-45 days prior to the estimated release date. After the pre-order window has closed, pre-orders CANNOT be cancelled.

Release Dates and Shipping

Release dates are estimated and may change unexpectedly. Pre-Orders will be shipped to reach customers on or shortly after the product release date, depending on when the product is received in our offices, the customer's distance from our location, and the shipping options chosen.
